The State Department has already found wrongdoing on the part of Hillary. If she is now convicted Title 18. Section 2071 of the United States code should disqualify her completely from ever holding office again, and put her behind bars.
The big question is. How high does the Clinton “above the law” influence go?

The voter can, and should, go after her by voting against her of course. But as for any legal penalties, she will never be found guilty. Obama will pardon and even Trump can’t go after her then.
You can only pardon or be pardoned for/from changes brought and proven (tried and convicted), not those yet to be brought to trial. Let Obammy pardon her- she hasn’t been tried, convicted, or sentenced yet.
So, he pardons her. Big whoop. Afterward, we can charge her for her crimes, try and convict her, and then, sentence her ass for the REASON she has COMMITTED.
