The former secretary of the Nobel committee now regrets awarding Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize. Apparently, the committee was “experimenting” when they awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to President Barack Obama in 2009. They wanted to encourage the newly elected president to follow through on his promises. That’s according to at least one former member of the Nobel committee.
