Looks like Pennsylvania, along with Michigan (statewide) may be a BUST for the “recount.” Truthfeed.com reported earlier on Michigan’s apparent recount rules, which don’t appear to bode well for Hillary and Jill. Jill Stein would have to present evidence of fraud or systematic error in every MI county to initiate a statewide recount.
