Whoopise, Hillary’s Infamous Pantsuits Are Made in China and Bangladesh
Wednesday, Hillary Clinton told a large crowd that Donald Trump’s ties were not made in America.
Ironically, she did so in a PANTSUIT made in Bangladesh or China.
From The Hill:
On Wednesday, Hillary Clinton stood in front of a clothing display at American-made Knotty Ties in Colorado. The image was to portray the message that Trump ties can be made in America.
“So, why does Donald Trump make his ties in China?” Clinton asked. She failed to mention that this company, Knotty Ties, predominantly hires Muslim refugees, which effectively steals all those so-called jobs from Americans.
Don’t you find it hypocritical that Clinton stands in front of a Colorado tie company (full of refugee non-American workers) to point out that Donald Trump makes his ties in China and suits in Mexico.
While she wears clothing from designers who manufacture most of theirs in China, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka? There was plenty of conversation surrounding the white pantsuit Clinton wore at the Democrat national convention while accepting the nomination.
We’re told it was a Ralph Lauren pantsuit. She’s also known to wear Armani pantsuits at her speeches. Ralph Lauren and Armani assemble many of their products in Bangladesh.

Most of us truly attempt to purchase “made in America” everything. However, it is so difficult to find, not because of the consumer, but due to the decisions made by our Government. Please tell me who is doing the manufacturing in the “place or country” of the two comedians clothing. That is not the issue here. Our Nation is at risk and someone is joking around about where their clothes come from. I would prefer to see American labels on everything, then my confidence in the economy could be lifted somewhat. We need to start at HOME. Maybe, we could all return to making our own clothing, or hiring seamstress’es and designers locally that have the capability to do this right here!
Estelle Wade, I refuse to purchase products NOT made in the USA which is why we grow our own vegetables and make our own clothing whenever we can….problem is even Fabric is now made overseas and fabrics are inferior to what was manufactured here in the United States.
Not a day goes by without some product recalled including automobiles, medicine and produce !
America was unique when I grew up, not since Globalization and the Establishment does not care. I totally agree with you.
My husband and I would gladly pay a little extra if it said “Made in America” . Our neighbors bought them as well.
You first! I can’t sew
We have allowed schools to cut home economics, AG and shop. Classes. American children are not being taught to make anything
I took home economics it was a great class. I was made fun of course no big deal. It paid off when I went out on my own. And I still cook for my wife to this day.
I agree with your comment as it stands. I grew up next door to a shirt factory in Cambridge, Maryland. That factory employed mostly women. Today, as I watch my wife shop for clothes and also make some of her own clothes, it is easy to observe that it is much more expensive to make one’s own clothes than it is to purchase them on sale at any large retailer. The exception to this “rule” would be to compare the work of an accomplished home fashion designer to the exorbitant prices charged for exclusive designer labels. As a proud flip-flop and Tee-shirt wearer (and the older, the better), the only concern of mine in this election year is: why should anyone expect the people who have been in office for the last 60 years (and the parties that promote them) do any different than they have so far? Our government (by whatever party name) has created the conditions that has caused our jobs to be shipped overseas. Meanwhile, I’m grateful that cheap clothes are abundant in America. A person still needs a job to buy them.
Democrats have been making Donald Trump’s tie manufacturing a “major issue” for months, so turnabout is fair play when she wears clothing made outside the USA.
well i agree with the democrats because trump is forever tooting his own horn how he will bring back the jobs! when all the while he was one of those that caused the factories to close in america because he and his family buy from countries that use cheap labor. if he would shit up so would the democrats.
Sending your manufacturing business to China to make clothing which increases your personal profits and purchasing clothing that is manufactured in China (since so little is available made in the USA) is a very different thing.
yes, it is different….it’s worse. If you don’t buy them the business couldn’t send the jobs there, so you are the ultimate cause of the job losses.
Really? Donald Trump does not manufacture his clothing line. He licenses the manufacturer the use of his name and has no control where the clothing is made.
If he licenses contract spelled out that “ONLY MADE IN AMERICA” he could be helping to “MAKE AMERICA BETTER” 🙂
His hats are made in America! I know because I have one and the label “Made in America” is stitched along side the size. You should buy one if you want to help American jobs!
Poor Hillary, she shoots herself in the foot when she tries to shoot Trump down. She is pathetic. She has to cheat to win. She and Obama have cheated in the
elections. If they didn’t CHEAT, they would never win!
They are a sorry pair! Truthfully, the party they represent is one of the most crooked in the country!
They could be called the “Washington Mafia”, with the crime families of Clinton and Obama. If they are the best DNC can come up with, it speaks of their honesty and patriotism!
Deaths, Racketeering, $ Laundering, Lying, “The Clinton Mafia” ! They are more dangerous than the Gottis, Al Capone and the mafias that operated in Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Chicago and NYC years ago ! They are more dangerous because of their international ties.
Trump is a business man not a politician. He makes business decisions that make sense. Are they ALL right ? No, but he and his team will not talk about problems for years. They will assess the situation, what makes sense for America and then act. He is not nor never claimed to be the smartest person in the world. But,he has recruited men and women that are smart, to meet his goals. He will do the same for America, with a strong team. Pence, Guiliani, Gowdy, Christie, Carson, Gingrich are all very smart and experienced at what they do, and they will do it for America.
TRUMP // PENCE 2016!
She is neither the designer nor owner of the company. The majority of clothing is not made in the US. The company owners such as Trump are the ones who are in charge of the decisions whether to make in US or elsewhere. These company owners should be the ones held accountable for taking jobs away from US.
If you want to complain about manufacturing leaving the US, you better learn how to spell UNION.
And the costs associated with that UNION tag…
Great comment. And taxation
U-N-I-O-N-S HAVE RAISED PRICES, TAXES, PUT COMPANIES OUT OF BUSINESS JUST TO TEACH THEM A LESSON, USED DUES TO ROB MEMBERS, PAID THEIR LEADERS BUT NOT THEIR MEMBERS DURING STRIKES, BEEN TAKEN OVER BY GANGSTERS, ETC, WHILE PRETENDING TO SUPPORT THE AMERICAN WAY.
Democrats have made the country of origin of Trumps’ ties an issue for months. It DOES matter where her clothes from. It matters not she’s not the owner or designer of the company. She spends $$$ on foreign-made clothes – which takes jobs away from the USA. As with everything else she does, she’s a hypocrite.
I favor lowering the tax rate on corporations. We have the highest in the world.and that is another reason for companys to go offshore. the US Treasury will not suffer because the tax dollars will still roll in, except that the tax dollars lost by lowering the corp. rate will be made up by the income taxes the the employees will pay with the new paychecks. Win win all around.
how about even higher taxes on corporation and large tax incentives for those that do all business within the US borders?
Last I checked her name is not on these suits nor is she the owner of the company who made them. Whoopsie! This article is moronic.
she wears them so you don’t see the Rat Guards on her Ankles
I try to buy Made in the US; I categorically do NOT buy Made in China. It saves us money because it weeds out a lot of purchases we don’t actually need. If I have to buy something made in China, I buy it second hand. That way none of our money goes to the Communist/capitalist money sucker.
First of all, here is an English lesson. “While she wears clothing from designers who manufacture most of theirs in China, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka?” is not a complete sentence, nor is it a proper beginning for a paragraph. Furthermore, it is not a question, which would necessitate the question mark.
Secondly, the difference is that she is not profiting off of the suits she wears. She is not a manufacturer or a distributor of said suits. Trump is a producer of items made “not in America,” therefore profiting from it.
It is correct that this article is moronic.
She is giving to profits outside the US. Yes, you are moronic!!
So every item you consume use or wear comes from the U.S., not to hypocritical are you
Most of her suits are tailor made to fit her perfectly right here in the USA. Since you just made accusations without any facts or figures to back them up, I am sure you will issue an apology once you gave done actual real journalism and cited your sources. How do I know? I live in Little Rock and used to work with her.
Last time I checked, silk is not made in the US!
My question is….since she is wealthy and can afford nice clothing especially made for her, why does she choose a style that makes her look like a female Chairman Mao?
CeCe
Not surprised at anything this person says
Not surprised at anything thus woman says!!
The truth of the matter she has her pantsuits designed and tailored by the same tailor as
the North Korea Leader Mr. Kim Jong Un.
News Flash: Just herd Kim Jong Un has refused to sell any of his old Pant Suits to Hillary Clinton. She is devastated.
