Joe Biden gave his final speech to elite globalists at the World Economic Forum.
During his tirade where he predictably blamed Russia for the incredible world movement that spurred Brexit and Trump’s victory, he got completely lost and flubbed his speech.
I guess this is what happens when you can’t even buy your own bull$hit anymore.
Considering Biden seems to already be “losing the touch,” I don’t think he’ll be running in 2020 against President Trump.

Mr. Biden…Had Two Brain Aneurysms Back In The 80’s…Two Surgeries To Correct Them…I Wondered Then …As I Do Now …And Did Throughout His Tenure As Vice-President … If They Had Affected His Mental Capabilities…To His Credit…He Was Always A Good Sport About His Gaffes…Over The Years… For Certain…He Has Had His Share Of Grief…I Have Never Been A Fan Of Mr. Biden…But I Do Wish Him Well!
Yes, I agree with you. It was sad to watch those gaffes. However, the endless groping of females on stage was horrendous to watch. Many of these were little children!

Actually, when you think about it, we didn’t see much of Biden during the last 4 years. The lost of his son Beau in 2012 hit him harder then we might think.
