Hillary and Bill do not have to be charged for Obama to cover them with a blanket “Presidential Pardon” which will protect them from prosecution, and in turn, help Obama too, I am sure.
Many believe that Obama will indeed use his “Blanket Pardon” on not only the Clinton’s but the whole cast of corrupt characters.

wrong! Recall Ford’s pardon of Nixon. There was no criminal case pending against Nixon and certainly no conviction in place. Neither was required for the validity of the pardon. That’s just what this old retired lawyer is sayin.

Once an act has been committed, the President can issue a PARDON, at any time, regardless of whether charges have been filed or not—1866 Supreme Court Ruling.
In case that happens, then it will become clear that Obama was insistent to have a criminal carry his “LEGACY” and if people did not vote for her, was a direct insult to him!!!
Trump should continue to lead them on that he’s making amends with Democrats so that Obama won’t be so compelled to issue any blanket pardon for Clinton’s corruption. Once he’s sworn in as President, then he can announce a special prosecutor to investigate her and her foundation’s crimes.
