Whoopi Goldberg thinks the right to celebrate Christmas and getting an abortion is one in the same.
“But it’s the same conversation with a woman’s right to choose,” Goldberg said. “What I do with my body is my right. It is not your right to tell me. The same thing is it’s — if you believe in Christmas, it’s not my right.”

Whoopi is what you find in the toilet paper after you wipe your butt. She is a disgusting person with a mind that is mired in the gutter and a mouth that should not be opened within a hundred miles of a child or young adult. Herein lies the difference. It is expected for the government/government provided health insurance/women’s health centers/government paid for abortion clinics to perform abortions whereas birth control should be used. I just had someone tell me how their sister just had her third kid and her excuse was that she couldn’t afford birth control. Really!!! If that is not the most ignorant, asinine thing I have ever heard. I mean really! If you can’t afford birth control, how in the hell can you afford to have another kid? Why should taxpayers have to foot the bill for abortions or birth control for irresponsible women and how is the right to choose even remotely similar to someone’s beliefs in Christmas. You know, the first few statements that came out of whoopies mouth really surprised me. She said that even though she wasn’t a religious person she totally believed that Christmas was all about the birth of Christ. Then she had to go and blow it comparing ones right to choose whether or not to believe in Christmas and right to choose to have an abortion. Dang, she should have shut up while she was ahead.
While I disagree with 99.99% of what Whoppi says, in my opinion she is NOT comparing Christmas to an abortion. What she IS comparing is the personal right of someone to choose what they believe. She is comparing the RIGHT to believe in Christ as an integral part of Christmas; and the RIGHT to choose whether or not to have an abortion.
