Probably because the only other time I heard about voter fraud and dead people voting was Republicans trying to hand Bush the Presidency, which when it didn’t go their way, they hung a left and had the Supreme Court APPOINT a president, completely negating and spitting in the face of the American election system, maybe that’s why.
The RNC was forced to sign a consent decree in 1982, because of the actions of a couple of Republican operatives in New Jersey. The liberal judge who ordered the decree retired years ago, but every time the RNC tries to get the order rescinded, the old judge kept coming back and denying the RNC’s request. From what I read, there is now a younger judge who is now doing the same thing, so even after all these years, the RNC is NOT allowed to charge voter fraud. The Democrats can get away with anything. Sad, isn’t it?
You should consider becoming a Poll Inspector. In my state there are so many checks and balances and security keys, etc. that I feel confident there will be no voter fraud in my county. At every step, there is a Rep. and Demo. inspector that signs off on everything. The bags are sealed with a security lock. No monsters under the bed.

That sounds really good in theory. I’m a gun owner. Support the 2nd Amendment and am a lifetime member of the NRA. Just wanted to share that info. Having said that, proposing a revolt or a coup and trying to organize those patriotic actions is really iffy. The first HINT of something like that being organized, Barack Obama would classify us as terrorists and declare Martial Law. The National Guard, with their Humvees, riot gear, firearms and billions of rounds of ammo would hunt us down like rats. It would be a bloodbath. We aren’t only fighting the British with muskets, where EVERY American, from a much smaller area, was fighting by our side. The entire National Guard, Democrats, RINOS, illegal immigrants, Muslim refugees, et al., would be putting a target on our backs. I don’t want to be so negative; just trying to be realistic. Elect Trump and get involved with local politics change the rigged voter roles: 1) demand state law requiring photo ID for ballot; 2) Check voter rolls against “Dead List” insurance company already compile to verify valid registration; 3) Change voting to one day only except for military who should be allowed to vote at assigned base to avoid the “loss of

If they demanded and recorded people’s S’S and drivers license or state issued Id along with voters registration card with matching address, must have these 3 items or you can’t vote.
In Louisiana you have to have a state issued ID or you do not vote. We have to sign a book every time we vote even if you are early voting. It is harder to commit voter fraud if you are using a machine instead of a piece of paper. I really think it would be better if every state had closed primaries, the states that had open primaries had democrats voting for Trump to knockout other Republicans and then they would go and vote in democrat primary.

Believe or not I had just moved to Alabama from Georgia, so when I went to cast my vote in this P/Election and I was in TOTALLY shocked when they handed me a ballot that I had to FILL IN my vote! I thought these ballots were history and everything was electronic these days….this is just another way for voter fraud too if you use a pencil to fill in your vote (which I wasn’t about to do). Since then, I’ve found out it’s just spractic where you have to fill in your vote due to the lack of the electronic machines available! But come on, EVERY precinct should have at least two or even more of these machines to stay up with the 21st Century!
I prefer the paper ballots. We use pens not pencils. We also get to keep the tab with our ballot number. I’ll be keeping mine this year. Paper ballots can be recounted. Machine votes can be changed or erased with no way to prove anything differently.

This is a big part of the reason why Democrats do not want in person voting with ID at the polls. And nothing will be done because as a regular citizen the states and the courts will find that you do not have standing to file a suit. I know lots of illegals who vote. They register with a form at the Post Office, no ID required, and then when they get the sample ballot they file for absentee voter status. From there they get to vote from home and never have to prove anything. Seems that the same could be done with dead people or with fictitious names. The whole system is rigged to benefit the Democrats.

I worked with the USPS in the late ’80s, and I delivered SS checks to DEAD people every month. From what I understand there are dead people still receiving SS checks, so you know there are dead people voting.

Personally – I actually WENT to the voter registration office in my Northern Indiana area and checked to see if my Mom (died in 1997) and my Dad (died 2014) were still on the registration. Neither are listed. And, I know the last time I voted, when they bring up MY name (same last name) – neither Mom nor Dad are listed under “C” or at their address. So, I guess if MY city can keep their records current – other can too. I just don’t know why they don’t!!!!!

There are some who try to vote but they are not eligible to do so. The courts struck down Texas’ id law as unconstitutional. This was a blatant attempt to turn Texas from red to blue. Since 4.5 million people die each month, most of those 2 million dead but still registered are not really an issue. Even if a few thousand of those voted early,that would be no issue.

There are a few who have been prosecuted for voter fraud, but they are very few. The argument that I keep hearing from those that don’ think it’s a big deal is ‘who cares if they’re registered? It only matters if they actually vote’. The problem with that argument is that I’m sure those names ARE used by some who are not eligible to vote (or want to vote extra times) and, in fact, that has been proven to be so. Not in favor of postponing the election as that gives Obama WAY too much leeway to declare martial law and just stay in power indefinitely.

In Georgia, y’all know that’s where us ignorant Rednecks live, voter registration requires a government (Federal, State, or County) issued picture ID and proof of residence. Residents are actually registered to vote when we apply for or renew or driver’s license. That process requires a MINIMUM of four gov’t or certified documents to verify citizenship, identification, and residence. We are required to present a valid gov’t issued picture ID or military ID when we arrive to vote.
States could greatly reduce or eliminate voter fraud by implementing this process in all U.S. States and Territories and banning online registration. It’s my opinion voting eligibily can not be verified unless you are face to face with the person registering or voting.

That’s the best thing that GA has done, but it still hasn’t stopped the voter fraud! For instance in Atlanta, Ga they have found and PROVEN that thousands of the votes were counted in “MANY” of the different precincts were from people as young as a month old all the way up in their 90’s that were “DECEASED” or “NO LONGER LIVING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA”. The people who were committing the “VOTER FRAUD” were getting fake ID cards in these deceased names, then going around to register to vote in these districts. I feel that maybe to put a complete stop to “VOTER FRAUD” is to not only have a VALID ID, but you must also have your thumbprint put onto your ID, Drivers licenses or any other ID. Before anyone can vote, you must put your thumb into a machine that can be scanned to make sure you are who you say you are and to see if YOU’VE ALREADY VOTED! That’s just my thought! Lorna, I’ve read all the comments and decided to reply to yours. That is a great idea, but if I recall correctly, in the last election the problem was not with ID’s, but with the voting machines. We would vote for one candidate, and the machine would give the vote to the other candidate. I am in favor of showing ID for citizenship, but I’m not sure that that would stop voter fraud. When we received the absentee request forms we did not send them in. Reason being, we didn’t know if they would be counted. The major problem is we don’t trust anyone to do their jobs, so many are bought off or compensated in other ways and we feel the need to see for ourselves. We have been lied to so much that now we are gun shy. Who do we trust to look out for our best interests? I trust Donald Trump, I believe what he says. This is a big part of the reason why Democrats do not want in person voting with ID at the polls. And nothing will be done because as a regular citizen the states and the courts will find that you do not have standing to file a suit. I know lots of illegals who vote. They register with a form at the Post Office where no ID is required, and then when they get the sample ballot they file for absentee voter status. From there they get to vote from home and never have to prove anything. Seems that the same could be done with dead people or with fictitious names. The whole system is rigged to benefit the Democrats.
All retired and able Seniors should call the Republican Headquarters in their area and volunteer to check the Democrat registrations for fraud! If the person is a registered voter and has moved. That elections office gives notice to that State that the registered voter has moved to their state. I live in a state where we need no ID to vote. I’ve voted in nearly every election since I was old enough to vote. I’m wondering, If I wanted to vote two or more times for the same candidate how would I go about it? People on this site make it sound easy to do. If it’s complicated I don’t think I would bother, but I heard one caller on a talk radio show say that he saw the same person vote, leave, enter and vote again several times. How so?

The problem dates WAY back before massive computerization. Voter records were kept by hand by one agency, death records by another and of course, they never talked to each other. Nobody has made an effort to delete the dead people and just loaded to voter rolls into the computers.

WE NEED TO BRING BACK THE “Hand Count” BEFORE ballots leave the polls…. it is our constitutional right to watch the ballots be counted by hand.. it could be done by County using that County’s citizens whether they volunteer or are paid an hourly wage However we are not allowed to watch the computer count ballots….and if you bring it up at the polling place you will more than likely be arrested but I think we have enough time between now and the election day if we all band together protest your local governments your Capitol Buildings we need to bring back the hand count! that’s the only way this election will be Fair!!
For starters, if you have moved since the last election, you have to re register. Until then, your registration is invalid. If there is a name change, if you got married, you have to re register.
There were over 2 million marriages per year plus since 2012, So if a woman has to change her name, then of course, she has to re register. If a person divorces, and there are close to a million per year, guess what, those registrations become invalid due to the name change and for the most part, a woman in divorce will want a name change.

And for what it is worth, 2,626,418 died in 2014, so the odds are good that these people will not be able to vote and of course, will show as their voter registration will be now invalid. OF course not all the 2,626,418 will be of voting age, but lets just for the sake of the story say that 2 million are, that would actually account for the number given in this shoddily written piece of ideological fluff.

The author of the research quoted here said the study found no evidence of noncitizen voter registration or voting, and no evidence of voter fraud because of our-of-date records or deceased people still on the voting rolls. H said voter rolls are more accurate no than in 20.

Lots of reason that voter registration has to be renewed and updated all the time. To point to this as definitive proof that there is voter fraud on a grand scale is contentious at best.

The problem with electronic voting is no records. We need voter id and need to swipe that voter id if we are going to use electronic voting.

First of all, this is absurd. Doesn’t the coroner’s office file death certificates? Voting should be done similar to an atm. So the vote can be traced, and a receipt given for who one votes for, and each person must have a SS# and a pin word/code.. Death records should be associated with the election committee in each state and therefore, like birth certificates, registered. In this day and age with our technology, there should be no issues. Funny how these journalists , as bias as they are, come up with this GARBAGE.
There seems to one teenie, tiny problem with this “shocking news.” Invalid registrations and registrated voters who have died do NOT (NOT NOT NOT) constitute “fraud.” That is a deliberate and dishonest misinterpretation of data. All it measn is that the Pew Charitable Trust found that voter roles and record keeping deficient. The same quoted Pew Charitable Trust survey found NO (NO NO NO) evidence of voter fraud.
