VIDEO : Trump Goes Into Crowd to Help a Supporter Who Fainted

Donald Trump is a TRUE LEADER who practices his America First philosophy every day.

While Hillary Clinton is at home resting from yet another “medical episode,”, Donald Trump is helping his “deplorable” supporters in their time of need.

During a rally in Asheville, North Carolina on Monday night, a woman near the front of the crowd required medical attention.

Trump stopped speaking and pointed to the crowd and asked, “Could we have a doctor, please?”

“It is about a hundred degrees in here, folks, so — we love our supporters, right? Let’s give her a hand!”

Trump then asked for some water for the woman.

“Take your time, don’t worry,” he said. “We have all the time, right?” he said to the roaring crowd.

Trump then left the stage to check on the woman as she left the crowd.
