Video : Trey Gowdy Explains the Reason Hillary was Not Indicted, “FBI Failed to Ask Her Intent”
The FBI blew it when they did not indict Hillary.
Big time.
However, we all knew it was coming – our system is rigged and the rich and powerful live by a different standard than the “peasants” do.
This is what the FBI said about Hillary’s mishandling of classified emails:
Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities.
Although we do not have complete visibility because we are not able to fully reconstruct the electronic record of that sorting, we believe our investigation has been sufficient to give us reasonable confidence there was no intentional misconduct in connection with that sorting effort.
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent.
In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy is now asking a question.
He wants to know why Hillary’s “INTENT” was never called into question.

Well, Trent, since you were in charge of the investigation, why didn’t you ask those questions? You certainly spent enough taxpayer dollars that you should have taken more care to be completely thorough.
And if you think that facial hair makes you appear more manly, it only makes you look like a weenie hiding behind a marginal beard.
She wasn’t ask about intent because of the FBI director did not want that question asked. Keep in mind that AG Lynch was appointed a federal prosecutor by Bill Clinton. And, even though Comey is suppose to be a straight shooter, Lynch would have to take the issue to a grand jury and, if the gj returned an indictment, Lynch and cronies would have to try the case. In my opinion, Comey was beat before he ever made his statement.
BTW Lauren, your personal comments about Gowdy are, as my teenage granddaughter would say, “tacky.” It did not lend a lot of substance to the conversation.
Lauren: It is evident that your head is so stuck FAR up Hillary’s ass, that you can no longer comprehend English. Gowdy wasn’t given a chance to question Mrs. Clinton about her “intent” because the crimes he was investigating were about Benghazi, not her email. The information was made available after the fact. He will have to re-subpoena her. Also, doesn’t it bother you even a little bit that Hillary Clinton left our service members helpless to defend themselves against the terrorist attack in Benghazi, even though she was aware of it and likely could have prevented at least some of the deaths and ALL of the torture? I guess you don’t have any military in your family or as friends. Doesn’t it bother you even a little that she has been receiving HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS dollars as donations from enemy governments and criminal organization, putting the bulk of said donations directly in her pocket? The Clinton Foundation’s behavior in Haiti should have been enough to make you see the light. Also, how many flagrant lies, violations, and instances of law-breaking will be necessary for her to be indicted? The DNC has been proven to have manipulated the election in Hillary’s favor against Sanders, but he sold out to the democrats as well. There’s obviously no amount of money that will satisfy her hunger. It’s truly a sad and scary day in this country. If you think she’s on “your side,” think again. The ONLY SIDE Hillary is on is HILLARY’S! I agree that Trump is not the ideal candidate. However, I believe he is sincere and truthful when he states his reasons for running for office. He has mostly spent his personal funds to pay for his campaign. This country is simply hungry for honesty. We have not gotten it with Obama or Clinton.
I’m no Hillary fan but security funding is a congressional act not the Secretary of State. And you don’t send ambassadors to areas if your the secretary either. he deemed it important to be where he was. She was not a micro manager. Ask the majority republican congress people why they cut the secretary’s budget for security. BTW, where was all the outrage when there were multiple embassy attacks and killings under “W”‘s watch? Where were the investigations? Their heads were firmly planted I believe.
im sick of these attacks on Hillarys e- mails, during 11 hours of torcher they put her thru they kept repeating nothing,it was as if they were trying to trip her up in a lie,she proved to me to be physically and mentally stronger then Trump ,to endure there ridiculous questions for so many hours, I will vote for her ,they have proven to me to be on a witch hunt.Clinton foundation has done wonderful things around this world ,we will never hear that spoke of

Well Lauren, his name is Trey not Trent, and he was the chair of the Benghazi investigation as a member of congress, not the email investigation that was handled by the FBI. Therefore my conclusion is you are an uninformed half-wit who is running off at the mouth. I did not waste any taxpayer dollars to figure that out.
Before opening your pie hole and making stupid comments about someones appearance, read and understand. You claim he was thorough and you werent even thorough enough to read and understand the article.
