Ted Cruz apparently can not leave his high school theatre days behind. We all remember that time he copied scripted lines from Michael Douglas.
Now Ted Cruz has further humiliated himself by attempting to re-create a scene from the film “Hoosiers” – except he lost the entire Indiana audience when he referred to the basketball hoop as a “Basketball Ring.” OOPS – I guess Cruz was not exactly the high school jock.
If you are curious about the classic scene Ted Cruz was trying to recreate, here it is… and MUCH better with A-list actor Gene Hackman and not Ted Cruz delivering the lines.
It seems like Cruz has nothing to express himself with, either repeats what Trump said or borrows words from movies and Kids books. He’s certainly not himself and it shows, he’s a fake. He’s not comfortable within his own skin all his life from what I read. In high school, he said he tried to emulate the jock guys to be popular, he is still doing the same thing now, emulating Donald Trump, stealing ideas and even word by word phrases. Pathetic.
True, he can’t come up with anything on his own. Even his speeches are scripted.
