Why is senile accused rapist Bill Clinton on the campaign trail?

He should be in a hospital bed, getting an armful of medicine, next to his wife.

However, they keep dragging him around the campaign trail, and he keeps gaffing all over the place.

Today Clinton forgot (or never knew) his wife’s campaign slogan, so he made up a new one.
