Visiting Judge Jeanine, Giuliani  explains clearly that there is substantial evidence the countries in the travel halt are sending terrorists to the United States. Obviously, the legitimate travelers would be permitted to stay once vetting has taken place, but if we don’t have vetting we can’t weed out the terrorists.
