Nice. You can tell it’s just a web ad though because there’s no “I’m Donald Trump and I approved this ad” bit.
Not necessarily. If done by an independent PAC, I don’t think that statement is required because a candidate is prohibited from co-ordinating with a PAC. Not that that has ever stopped Hillary, but I doubt if anyone else could get away with it.
