Newt Gingrich and Sean Hannity were both very pleased and impressed with Donald Trump’s debate performance.
Trump was presidential, poised, comfortable, and Hillary failed miserably to make her case that Trump is not qualified.

She never answered anything kept telling everyone to read her dumb book or go to her web page. She kept the attacks up on trump and he didnt really attack her. I wish he did. The email thing was priceless but she didnt answer it . why? She was able to talk more the trump and longer. She tried to make it look like he dont pay taxes to feds. Well he pays taxes he just didnt owe any taxes to the feds. Because he is a bussinessman and he has good tax accounts. He files by law . she just mad ahe is not as smart as him .

I’m so sick of these so called “moderators”. I would like to see “readers” instead of “moderators”. The voters would submit their questions on a website and the “reader” would pose the questions to the candidates. That way, we the people would have our questions and concerns addressed….and not an agenda met for the media.
You expect me to believe this bullshit. This is such a rehearsed interview. Trump had a duty to face her and accuse her of lying to congress. Trump had a duty to the American people to criticize Hiliary when she spoke of upholding the law, being honest and truthful. She deserved to be attacked and he didn’t. I did not pay his campaign to treat her like kid gloves which he did. He was totally unprepared for the debate! It was as though he made a terrible back room deal just prior to the debate OR his life was threatened, but either way he did not take all the opportunities to give this crook what she deserved–taken over a knee and spake that bitch. Trump should have defended American values and he did not. Hillary got up there and was allowed to act presidential when she is known to be a crook, a liar caught with her pants on fire, and a treasonist bitch, yet Trump woofully failed to do his job for the American people! Trump seemed confused, unprepared, and not completely sober.

Well said! I just made my third contribution to Trump-Pence before the debate. I thinking I am wasting money on him. I was very disappointed in his performance. He is very thin skinned, very defensive’s. It is always about him. Don’t get me wrong, I do want him to win, but he is his own worst enemy when responding.

Trump is for America. He will clean out the elected officials that are there for “pay for play” like Hilliary. The bed of roses that middle class people have paid for will turn into a bed of thorns. I am hoping the Obamas, Clintons, Reid’s, Pelosis, Colmes, Williams, Beckels and all the employees from the networks will move to Syria they love those people so much. I had counted the days to this debate and was so disappointed that he didn’t rip her apart.

Aaron Rodgers told you to relax. This was Donald Trump’s first debate with the secretary of state of the United States. This may take a time or two to get proficient at it she is a well-schooled and devious person. In order to defeat her he has to be more aggressive and attack her soul. He will learn this and as I said before get your popcorn ready for the 2nd to pay because the first one was a warm up.
He did what he had to do. If he would have jumped all over her, and brought up everything, she would have claimed all this crap of bias, and unfair, and all that. And being the media darling, she would have got out of the last two debates. He quietly let her dig herself in a little deeper. Come the 3rd round, he will bury her. I firmly believe he did what he had to, knowing that Holt was in on it, and the questions were delivered to her by courier a week before. He was smart.
I thought he showed great restraint. I believe Trump is very passionate about his belief in his ability to make America Great Again! I own a small business and I think business owners see the world a little differently than career politicians. I truly believe he is for the people and I don’t for one second believe he is done! The business mogul didn’t become a mogul without some tricks up his sleeve.

I firmly believe that Trump could have ripped her to shreds. That is what everyone was counting on. He maintained composure and projected a presidential appearance. He will, I believe, will have his day with the parthological llair if and when he is allowed to hit the Queen of Deception’s 38 documented lies. As his first debate with a 40 year politician I feel he did remarkably well. Lester did not help matters by using kid gloves on HC.

He did not maintain his composure. He smirked, made faces, & interrupted her over and over. Then his camp produced false, unscientific polls to make it appear that he won (this is not disputable – it is fact!). He had every opportunity to interject as much as he wanted, but he froze and just continued his normal deflecting. We do not have time to provide on-the-job training for this inept candidate!
Trump did what he had to do for the first debate. Think about this. The moderator was on her side the whole time. She got the questions a week before so she could prepare. The debate was set up in favor of Hi-LIAR-y from the beginning when Hillary shook Lester Holts hand, he said good luck and when he shook Trumps hand he said, “Mr. Trump”. Then the debate began. Trump did get a lot of good shots in,when the moderator would let him,all she did was show the American people how truly disgusting and untrustworthy she is by trying to take Trump off his game and he never let her. They lost at the point she started lying and the moderator didn’t check her the first time and then showed his true colors on which side he was on. If he had of brought everything out in the first round they clearly would be looking for ways to with the medias help to demean Trump further. We the American people yet again got to see Hi-LIAR-y for what she is and also learned of one more traitor to add to the Clinton/Obama list. Lester Holt interrupted Donald Trump 41 times during the debate, but only interrupted Hillary 7 times. Trump will make America Great and Safe Again !!!
