VIDEO : Louisiana Democrat Governor Praises Trump’s Visit to Louisiana
Democrat Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards appeared on CNN’s State of the Union Sunday and praised Donald Trump and his running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence for their “helpful” visit to his flood-ravaged state on Friday.
Donald Trump donated an 18-wheeler full of over $100,000 in relief supplies, this, in addition to assessing the damage and comforting flood victims.
The governor joins another Democrat, Senator Mary Landrieu, in praising Trump’s leadership and compassion.

Notably absent from Lousiana are Obama, who is golfing at Martha’s Vineyard and Hillary, who was “resting.”
