VIDEO : Kellyanne Conway is NOT Impressed with Obama’s Lame Duck Sanctions

After nearly 8 years of failure after failure due to weak leadership, Obama has lost the House, Senate and Presidency for the Democratic party.  In desperation, mode the lame duck President seems to be hoping to leave behind a “tough guy” legacy in his final days, with sudden hard line positions against Israel and Russia.

However, the world sees through the act and they are not impressed.
