Judge Andrew Napolitano went on Fox News Thursday morning to discuss Obama’s unlawful and uncostitutional “Gun Owner List.” Judge Napolitano explained that according to federal law the U.S. government may gather statistical information about gun owners for as long as they destroy any personally identifiable information, such as names, date of birth, and addresses. However, according to Napolitano, Obama isn’t abiding by the federal law.
