VIDEO : Judge Jeanine “Comey Has Destroyed the Reputation of the FBI”
Judge Jeanine Pirro harshly criticized FBI Director James Comey for recommending no charges against Hillary Clinton, saying the director has “destroyed the reputation” of his agency. “This is a dark day for criminal justice,” she said. “This is a dark day for the Department of Justice and the FBI. There’s a lot of good people in those departments. He has destroyed that reputation.”
Pirro also reacted to Comey saying that there would normally be “administrative sanctions” for someone who made the same mistakes as Clinton. “If she were to be president of the United States, hasn’t she already proven that she cannot be trusted with this information? Shouldn’t she lose any security clearance that she has?”

I am of no party affiliation, I am as an American outraged by the lack of JUSTICE FOR ALL. Apparently this like so many other positive parts of our nation, that are no longer relevant. And the President flying Clinton around in Airforce 1. I believe All Americans that pay taxes are actually footing the bill for that one. The corruption in Washington has gotten so bad that they don’t even try to hide it anymore.

While every one is focused on the failure of the FBI to produce a case that would lead to the indictment of Hillary Clinton, I suggest it be viewed in an entirely different light. The original thought that brings me down this path was not mine. I picked up on something said by someone else and developed it further. FBI Director James Comey is viewed by both sides of the isle as an honorable and dedicated man. What he did today, may be the result of that dedication.
Scenario one: Assume that Comey built a case against Clinton that may have led to an indictment. Because he has no power to indict, his findings and recommendation would have been sealed and sent to the Attorney General, Loretta Lynch. It is a fact that the AG said she would accept the recommendation of the FBI. However, she never said what she would do with that recommendation. She could and would sit on it for as long as she chose. In this scenario, the FBI Director’s news conference would have been very short. He would have simply stated that the investigation is complete and the findings have been sent to the AG for whatever action she decides. “I can’t answer that because this is an ongoing legal proceeding,” would have been his stock answer to questions.
Scenario two: Comey knew that if he presented the findings and recommended charges to the AG, the AG and the Administration would set it aside until the election was over and the findings would have been protected from the public view. Instead, he chose to try Clinton in the court of public opinion prior to the election. He could only do so by having a news conference informing the public of the findings and stating he would not recommend charges be filed. He succeeded in detailing all the evidence of her lying about never emailing classified material, her lack of concern for national security, her cavalier management at the State department, and the exposure of classified and other important material to hackers.
He may have served his honor and dedication by providing the facts to the public and powerful ammunition to the Trump campaign.
It is my personal opinion that an indictment for criminal charges will never be brought against any nominee of the political party having the White House.”
You may have a very good point! Never thought of that til you pointed it out. And he had a narrow scope of investigation too. Now they are going to see if she lied to the FBI. Because that is a crime too. So perhaps this was at least the best way to get it out in the open and keep his department’s investigation from being buried. I like your reasoning.
I thought this man was honest and working to do the right thing for the country. He appeared to walk the talk, but I was so wrong. Talked out of both sides of his mouth. I never believed they would allow Hillary to be touched. Too much covering up for everybody. Are there any honest people who are doing the job they were elected or appointed to do left? I am at the point that I don’t think so. All about themselves, nothing else. Even the terrorists are willing to do whatever it takes, but it looks like no one in this country is. Really a sad situation.

Proving by the F.B.I. Director the other day when he did not charge Hillary that, All three (3) Branches of the Government are Broken. Because We let traders, and criminals run rough shod over our Country and our Constitution; Laws today appear to be mere suggestions, with little to no consequences for breaking them; You have to ask yourself, “Self “…! Why do the Militia! The Military! The Sergeant At Arms!, Along with all the Civil servants who swore an oath to Defend and to Protect the Constitution; Simply, Stand Idle by as their Country is being destroyed ? How much treason and the undermining of our nation, are the good people of the United States, and it’s armed forces supposed to put up with before Barack Hussein Obama is finally dealt with? The tragic ramifications of the betrayal and transformation of our country, As well as, exposing the complicity of both sides of the aisle, which have enabled them to continue to erode This Country Must stop!
