John Lewis claimed this was his first inauguration boycott. Sounds dramatic, huh?
The only problem is that it’s a blatant lie. He also boycotted GW’s inauguration and called him “illegitimate” as well.

John Lewis stated Donald Trump is not a legitimate president and he will not be going to the inauguration and he will not work with him. Donald Trump then responded with the following Tweet, “Congressman John Lewis should finally focus on the burning and crime infested inner-cities of the U.S. I can use all the help I can get!”
In response to Trump’s Tweet, John Lewis stated, “I’ve been beaten bloody, tear-gassed, fighting for what’s right for America. I’ve marched at Selma with Dr. King. Sometimes that’s what it takes to move our country in the right direction.” Well, what have you done since then Representative Lewis? Lewis is still relying on the March in Selma to use to escape criticism of him being a racist. Lewis fails to point out that it was DemonRATS who supported Jim Crow laws that discriminated against blacks. It was DemonRATS who beat Lewis. The Civil Rights Bill and Voting Rights Act were passed by white Republicans.
John Lewis is a racist POS, who lied about being called a Nigger during the Tea Party protests on Obamacare, who continues to foment racism to stay relevant, instead of trying to heal the division between the races. Lewis is a member of the Black Caucus, which is a RACIST, anti-police, anti-American group, who side with the criminals over law enforcement, which should be disbanded.
He is typical DEMONcrap….he opens his mouth and he lies. He is not a legitimate congressman….he is nothing but a racist…he and the rest of the BLACK CAUCUS. They need to be broken up. We sure as hell don’t have a white caucus….
Great post Greg, I could not of said it better. I will add this. If Donald Trump was black we would not be having this discussion, and if Lewis were white he wouldn’t be relevant, the media wouldn’t be plastering his face all over the news.

I would have to respectfully disagree with your assessment regarding skin color doesn’t matter anymore. I believe it does more than ever. The America today that Obama created, if you are black you are entitled. I believe that Obama used his skin color to his advantage. He knew that if the Republicans went against anything he wanted they would be viewed as a racist and Obama used that to His advantage, to do all the illegal and unspeakable things he wanted to do to change America into what he wanted it to be. Listen to his farewell speech. Instead of taking the time to address all the black on black crime in America, especially in Chicago, the black on black murder and shooting capital of the nation he did take the time to lecture white America on how we need to treat black people and minorities. Obama used the color of his skin to his advantage and he’s taught black America to do the same. I truly believe because of what Obama did these past 8-years have empowered people like Lewis to show the racist lying side of themselves because they know they will not be held accountable by their constituents, their coworkers or the media. They have a very hard awakening coming their way as of the 20th of this month. I believe part of the main reason the Democratic party is coming hard after President elect Trump is FEAR. Fear of him being extremely successful in turning this country around. They and the liberal media have all been saying that Trump hasn’t come out and gave specifics on his plan for America. That’s a lie and a huge one. During his campaign Trump took a couple of opportunities to specifically lay out, in detail, his plan for obamcare and not only his alternative plan but how he would implement it, his plan for creating jobs, his tax plan, his plan for rebuilding our infrastructure, his plans for foreign policy, his plan regarding our already in place trade deals, education. Donald Trump was very specific in outlining his plans and you can also check it out on his website. The Democratic party knows his plans for America and how he will implement those plans and they know President Elect Trump, if allowed to get his plans through Congress and the Senate he will be extremely successful in making America great and if that happens not only will it be a guarantee for re-election in 2020 but it will be a very long time before the Democratic party has any shot at the Whitehouse. What you see them doing right now is just a smokescreen, they are planting seeds that they can use later on as their excuse why they’re opposing President Trump, they can’t be viewed as opposing President Trump from making America great, can you imagine the backlash from their constituents, so what they are doing now is preparing everyone so when they oppose President Trump they will use the seeds they are planting today as their excuse but hiding the real reason. What they don’t realize is Trump is and has been 5 steps ahead of them and what they are doing won’t work.

It’s a sad commentary on those who have the ability to heal the breach between races. He wants the division otherwise he won’t get re-elected. He becomes/is irrelevant when there is peace. He will face his maker one day & I don’t feel badly about that.

I’m so tired of the hypocrisy from the liberals regarding the candidency and election won by President-elect Donald J. Trump. They keep saying Trump Is the problem, when clearly It’s either the media or a senator, saying something to egg the President-elect on. I mean Hillary was the one who received the questions prior to the debate, not Trump.
