However the Louisiana governor asked the candidates and the President not to visit since they require extra security and road closures for their travel. He said it would detract from and inhibit relief efforts. He felt keeping non flooded roadways open and all available forces free to work with the Louisiana people more important than politics.

His plane, his private security, his $100,000, and his money paid for the truck and the thousands of dollars worth of supplies needed you those who lost homes and everything. Obama gave Iran 1.3 BILLION dollars, that really helped Louisiana.
He also did not actually donate the truck of goods he “helped” unload. The parish in which he was present has no record of any donation of goods or money from Mr. Trump.

Here’s my take on what the governor asked, he did not ask, he was told to say that, so Obama could continue his vacation and get away with it, Oh and low and behold Obama is showing up there on Tuesday, one week later. And Obama criticized Bush for doing a fly over after Katrina 3 days later! Obama couldn’t take time out just to do that! Let’s face it, Obama is the worst President in American history!

Trump didn’t request roads to be closed or any other special treatment. He just helped people who needed the help.
Trump didn’t show up with an entourage. He didn’t need security he just gave out supplies, hugs and handshakes. He also donated $100,000 for disaster relief. Right now we could care less who is running for president. Our entire lives are piled up on this street. What he did was called caring if you didn’t know already.

I have to give Donald Trump credit for showing up in Louisiana. He’s right when he said Obama ought to get off the golf course and get down there. And where was Hillary? They showed their true colors. In general I don’t trust politicians period. But Donald truly did a humanitarian thing. There was nothing opportunistic about it.
It was true that the gov did ask them all not to come. It does take too many resources to protect them and too many resources to provide transportation and news coverage. That is a terrible disaster there. Trump went anyway and managed to take care of his own needs without making more trouble. The gov said if someone wanted to help they could do so by sending through the existing red cross or donating $$. Now that we can see the area from the air – the truck load of donations probably isn’t going to accomplish much. But at least he tried.

If I’m not mistaken Trump went to Louisiana before the governor made any requests. He went to help, not for a photo op. Trump is a humanitarian and has always tried to answer the call for human welfare when it comes to him. He should be praised, not ridiculed. As you can see by the videos, he was not in the way nor did he require or request extra security. He brought supplies, paid for by Trump himself, for the people of Louisiana which is more then Obama did. The people of Louisiana were asking, Where is Obama? Where is BLM or the Black Panthers especially right after what had already taken place in Baton Rouge. It was only the media stirring up a hornets nest about Trump. Even the governor himself went on air to tell the media himself that they had misrepresented him. Obama should have been there first, he should have had fema and all US aid on the spot asap. Obama did not and therefore failed once again. It seems to me that every-time something horrible happens Obama is golfing or on some vacation and cannot be disturbed.
