He should be nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of an “Outraged Liberal.”
He does it so often – he’s a pro.
Joe squints his eyes, lowers his voice hunches down a bit, and then talks “blue collar speak” about whatever he’s pretending to be outraged over.

His latest OUTRAGE is over Trump’s decade-old “locker room” comments.
Apparently, Joe wants to “beat up” Trump.
