There are people who constantly laugh uncontrollably at inappropriate times who suffer from a disease called Pseudobulbar or “PBR.” We’re certainly not suggesting that Hillary Clinton has this disease, however, it’s no secret that for decades Hillary has had awkward laughing fits at inappropriate times.
Like that one time when she cackled like a “happy hen” over freeing a child rapist – or that other time when she hee-hawed like a Disney Villan during the Benghazi hearing.
Hillary is either incapable of comprehending the seriousness of certain situations, or maybe she’s suffering from a neurological disorder. Either way, Hillary seems to be a loose cannon, unable to control her witch-like cackling or her death-rattling cough, and it makes you wonder – is she medically and mentally fit to run for president?
