Hillary Clinton’s failing health is a real concern to most sane Americans. Especially after she face-planted into her “medical bus” in New York City during a 9/11 memorial service. In addition, Hillary has been known to “seize up” on camera. Last night Hillary had another awkward “seizing” moment where she appeared to lose control of herself, did a strange “shimmy” followed by an inappropriate outburst of laughter.
