Hillary Clinton, like her equally pandering counterpart, Barack Obama, use tragedies to whip up support and votes.

She also uses tragedies as “cover” against her own bad press and scandals.

In her latest bid to accomplish both cover and pander, Hillary is now blaming white people for “violence” because we don’t “listen” enough.
