I am voting for Trump, but there is nothing wrong with her eye movement here. This is ridiculous.
I noticed the eye movement right away . I took a about 3 sec. but then it continued during entire speech. It is her left eye that goes cockeyed when she moves her head.
That is a sign she has something neurological going on. That is not the first time she has had strange eye expressions.
I don’t like one thing about Hillary but I can’t go along with this eye movement thing … nothing new. Next

According to my niece who is an oncologist, she and her associates say it’s Parkinson’s. She has all the symptoms of advanced Parkinson’s. She’ll be wheeled around in a wheelchair shortly, then dementia, then death.
