In a fiery and powerful speech, Giuliani ripped into the Clintons over their dishonesty and scandals.

He explained how Hillary has lied under oath, lied to the public, and lied to the FBI.

….and then he asked one very important question:

Do they think we’re stupid?

Yes, Rudy, they sure do.
