Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova blasted FBI Director James Comey’s decision not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton in light of a new report indicating the rank and file at the nation’s top law enforcement agency wanted to pursue prosecution.
Comey’s a dirty cop and If there’s one thing a prosecutor hates worse than a criminal, it’s a dirty cop … He threw this case. He did it for political reasons. He lied publicly about the quality of the case. He lied publicly about the law. He lied publicly about the ability to get documents when he could have used the grand jury and he didn’t.

Name calling means one thing and one thing only. The charges are true, you KNOW they’re true and there is no excuse or rebuttle so you try and deflect. It’s Comey in this case that is in effect the political hack. His recommendation not to prosecute was 100% politically based with the imaginary excuse that Hilary had no intent to break the law. There is nothing at all in the law about intent. Nothing. She broke it for years and lied about it and is still trying to cover up the lie.
Actually, it’s my understanding that there IS something in the law regarding INTENT. The law specifically states that no proof of intent is necessary. Lawmakers purposely included the clause just so situations like this one COULDN’T HAPPEN! James Comey disregarded this part of the law, then used “no intent” as an excuse not to pursue the case.
In the future when you look up the definition of a corrupt police officer, you will first see a picture of FBI director Comey.

First time in the history of the FBI taking a position of describing someone’s innocence with the statement that, “She didn’t intend to break the law.” How convenient for the Director to exonerate Hillary with this politically motivated statement!!!
James Comey will be allowed to live….By his actions he has proven how unbelievably rigged our over reaching government is….Comey failed to do his job in July and failed to perform his duties now…. He has his millions in pay offs, he clearly doesn’t resign because he is tied in to the Clinton cartel and will be held until his mission is ccomplete…
