Congressional Democrats, led by idiots Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi changed many of the rules to help Comrade Obama.
Now, however, a whole host of those changes are coming back to bite them.
Hard.
Delaware Senator Chris Coons regretfully admits that the Democrats have made it easier for President-elect Trump to make appointments.
I guess when they made these changes they never imagined Obama would leaving office…..
