VIDEO : Clueless Idiot Tim Kaine Doesn’t Understand The Constitution

Tim Kaine spoke before a small, lackluster rally in Reno, Nevada, where he revealed his lack of knowledge when it comes to the Constitution.

He was prattling on about Trump not wanting the debates to interfere with Monday Night Football – an understandable argument, as Trump wants more Americans tuned into the debate – when he said one of the dumbest things ever.

Kaine claims that the Constitution states that elections MUST be held in the fall.

Um, no, Tim, it does not state that.

“How dare the framers of the Constitution mandate that the presidential election be during football season,” Kaine said sarcastically. “It’s an outrage the Constitution requires the presidential election to be in football season.”

But the Constitution doesn’t require the election to be held in the fall. In fact, it says nothing about a date.

Article II, Section I:

The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

Congress sets the date, not the Constitution, candidate who hopes to be one heartbeat — or coughing fit– away from the presidency.

So, Tim, Donald Trump isn’t the only one who “supposedly” doesn’t know what’s in the Constitution, right?
