Newt Gingrich thinks Twitter is a good tool, but urges Trump to proceed with caution.

There’s no election for President in 2025.
Trump should tweet as much as he wants and at whatever time of day/night he wants. It’s very effective and the Trump Train loves it. If someone is telling him it’s not presidential, that’s simply not true.
