Heavy.com reports Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump delivered a speech from Youngstown, Ohio August 15th, during which he discussed his plan for defeating ISIS. During his remarks, Trump declared that the United States is at war with radical Islam and that any country that opposes ISIS should be considered an ally.
