CONGRESS has Power to IMPEACH Federal Judges, but Seldom Exercise that Perrogative ! And, Even when The Repubicans Had Greater Majorties than They do NOW ! But,They, as Uzual, TBEY DON’T, for Fear of “offending the “Dim-o-crats” !
The 9th circus does this with full knowledge they will be overturned. The reasoning behind it is the 50/50 principal. They want to embolden leftists into thinking the law is unclear so they will then attack the supreme court as right wing when in reality they are just ruling per the law. However, since the “presidency” of Obama even our supreme court is heavily polluted with leftist politic ideology incompatible with our constitution. The only action here that is needed is this; when a court is overturned 86% of the time it is then time for those judges to be removed for incompetence.
