Trump to Bypass Mainstream Media, Take Message Direct to the People

Incoming President Donald Trump will go around the mainstream media by making public policy announcements directly on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
The move, which is unprecedented for a president, is designed to limit the mainstream media’s role as an information filter by reaching the American people directly through social media.
“The fact of the matter is that when he tweets, he gets results,” incoming Press Secretary Sean Spicer said Sunday. “You know, with all due respect, I think it freaks the mainstream media out that he has this following of over 45 plus million people that follow him on social media, that he can have a direct conversation.”
“He doesn’t have to have it funneled through the media.”
The president’s use of Twitter will curtail the media’s ability to spin his message because mainstream reporters will no longer have insider privilege at the White House, which they did under past administration thanks to press events closed to the public.
And Trump’s move will likely spark a new era of citizen-journalism similar to colonial America in which independent newspapers thrived because, at the time, there wasn’t an establishment media controlling the flow of information.
The public will now have the same sources of information as mainstream reporters, which means the public will be able to draw their own conclusions about the Trump administration without being led like cattle to a predetermined “opinion” pushed by the establishment media.
Without public ignorance to the truth, the media will fail to advance the globalist agenda which accelerated after the technocratic takeover of the Carter administration.
It’s a new era of independent thought, so it’s not surprising why the mainstream media is having a panic attack.

Well that wasn’t hard at all. Trump fixed the media spin problem. Some where American people have come to think situations are impossible to fix. I think we are waking up. Solutions to problems are not impossible. Thank you God that the media has been put in it’s place.

I think it’s the only way. I’m 70 and learning Twitter just so I know when someth important comes out. The only news I watch is FoX and they are changing, One America News, and BBC. When Trump said things will not be the same He meant every word of it. People understand that he was out in the world all these years and know what people want too hear from our leaders, when all the news stations go under they will be coming looking for a job and it won’t be there.

I started following politics 36 years ago when Ronald Reagan was elected and only had the liberal media to stay informed, then slowly but surely the scales of lies started falling off all the BS spewed by these corrupt so called news organizations and it was conservative talk radio that was able to break through. And I’ve been a dedicated listener every since, THANKS RUSH LIMBAUGH!!!
I started the media since grade school from the 60’s folks and seeing all evilness of the media since way back when in grade school one of my old teachers brought in her tv set in school back then.
When Trump puts it on Twitter, we can read it for self and not have it misinterpreted by the so-called news media.
I am so excited for this new era to get going. Trump has already surpassed any and all expectations that most of us have had and he isn’t even in office yet. I am so glad to live in this time and be a part of this momentous change in our government. Soon I will wake up, everyday and sing Hallelujah.

You do realize most news reports if you count the words are between 100 and 200 words in length and then they just continue to repeat the same information? Twitter at 140 words is not that short, especially when it is being used to notify of new postings on Facebook or Instagram where longer more detailed information can be provided.

President Trump has revolutionized politics with direct communication to the public via social media. He has bipassed N.Y. Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC etc …And they DON’T LIKE IT.

I never thought I’d see this day. This media of which we’re discussing has openly participated in sedition. Many, many people have died and have been injured by the MSM’s twisting of facts. This media is guilty of promoting racial division and destruction of property. These are the same people who couldn’t say “Trayvon Martin” without saying “unarmed teen” even though they knew Martin was straddled atop Zimmerman and beating the hell out of him with his fists. These are the people who said that Michael Brown was a “gentle giant” even though they knew he’d committed a strong arm robbery moments prior to his confrontation with a Ferguson police officer. It has been several years since the media started “making” the news rather than reporting it as they should have! President Elect Trump is smart enough to use a means to allow the public to know exactly what he says without leaving out important words or using innuendos to change his point.
Roosevelt had “Fireside Chats” on radio (which were state of art then). These talks were very successful. So in the day of technology, why shouldn’t President Trump use the latest technology to communicate with Americans?
