Trump Surges To 50% In New National Poll – Cruz, Kasich Slide

For the first time, Donald Trump has surged to 50% in the latest NBC / SurveyMonkey Poll. Trump gained 4% while both Cruz and Kasich fell 2% week over week. This may be a sign that GOP Voters are beginning to coalesce around the clear frontrunner, Trump. Only Donald Trump can reach the magic number of 1237 on the first ballot at this point, putting both Cruz and Kasich in the position of only hoping to play spoiler.
