The Last Desperate Stand for NeverTrump Dropkicks
The NeverTrump dropkicks are making a last ditch (pathetic) effort to stop Donald Trump from taking what he rightfully earned: The GOP nomination.
A Virgina delegate filed suit on Friday, challenging a state law that commits him to backing the presumptive nominee.
Carroll B. Correll, who backed Canadian-born loser, Ted Cruz, is seeking class-action status for his suit on behalf of the commonwealth’s 49 Republican delegates and 110 Democratic delegates.

Never mind that “we the people” voted – this selfish turd-muffin thinks the 2016 election is all about his feelings.
The complaint states:
“Correll believes that Donald Trump is unfit to serve as President of the United States and that voting for Donald Trump would therefore violate Correll’s conscience. Accordingly, Correll will not vote for Donald Trump on the first ballot, or any other ballot, at the national convention.”
It’s not surprising that a Ted Cruz backer would behave this way, after all, Mr.Cruz reneged on his oath to “support the GOP nominee,” by never endorsing Donald Trump.
Ted, we always knew you were a liar.

Pretty sure a court would say, “when you signed up to be a Republican delegate, you agreed to their rules”. I can’t see this gaining major traction in court.
