This report is from years ago, but just as relevant today as ever.  Kenneth Starr began his investigation into Whitewater on Aug. 5, 1994, taking over for Robert Fiske and in the four years following, his jurisdiction was expanded to include Travelgate, Filegate and Monica Lewinsky – reaching to the highest level of the federal government.
