A republican elector in Texas, Christopher Suprun has written an op-ed piece in the New York Times declaring he will defy the will of the voters he represents and vote against Donald Trump. Suprun Writes The United States was set up as a republic. Alexander Hamilton provided a blueprint for states’ votes.
