Ted Cruz Super Pac Turns The Other Cheek and Goes After Hildabeast
A Cruz-friendly fundraising PAC previously known as the “Keep the Promise” has been converted to “Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC.” They will work to soften the “burn” for those conservative donors who are still reluctant to support Trump, but realize they must in order to defeat Hillary.
“It will focus completely on attacking Clinton,” said one participant of the PAC.
The PAC is being established by Robert Mercer, a GOP “mega-donor” who was a Cruz backer. Mercer and his daughter, Rebekah, pumped $13.5 million into “Keep the Promise PAC” during the primaries.
In related news, the former President of Keep the Promise PAC, Kellyanne Conway, a Republican pollster, is rumored to be leaving the PAC to join the Trump campaign, according to Breitbart.
