Sorry, Hillary, Your Michigan Recount Will Never Happen and Here’s Why
Hillary Clinton, the anti-democracy hypocrite who chastised Donald Trump for not BLINDLY agreeing to “election results” weeks before a single vote was cast, is now spearheading recount efforts in the blue states that turned their collective backs on her.
We knew all along that Green Party candidate Jill Stein was not the “power player” of the recount.
She’s the flunkie.
Hillary wants the recount – she just joined it today – but had to find a lackey to start the ball rolling.
This recount is a pointless exercise which will not change the election results – the left is doing this to try and discredit Trump’s mandate, make it appear as if Hillary was not SLAUGHTERED in epic and humiliating fashion (she was), and also revive the Democrat base for elections down the road.
However, their recount plans will come to a screeching halt in Michigan, where if they want a recall, must provide evidence of fraud or systematic error in every MI county to initiate a statewide recount.

I see nowhere in the legislation that says fraud or error have to be proven in every County. In fact, according to the legislation, if you don’t have evidence, the state will accept your accusation or claim.

Her goal is for delaying the certification of vote re counts so it misses the Dec. 13th state deadline. this strips Trump if his electoral votes. He needs 270 but if votes aren’t there the election moves to the House who must choose between Gary Johnson or HRC. This was on Twitter.
He doesn’t need to 270 per the constitution, which says “a majority of the appointed electors”. If the electors are not appointed due to the recount delay then the amount needed is lower.
Where did you get the idea that House cannot vote for Trump? In fact the constitution says that they can only vote for those that got elector votes. That would be Trump and HRC. The house votes by state with each state getting one vote, with the vast majority of states with a majority of Republicans, Trump still wins easily
Jason, you are right key pieces of the law were strategically left out to leave a different impression than the actual law, this is obviously a very uniformed article aimed at perpetrating lies. One of the missing pieces says “The petition shall contain specific allegations of wrongdoing only if evidence of that wrongdoing is available to the petitioner. If evidence of wrongdoing is not available, the petitioner is only required to allege fraud or a mistake in the petition without further specification.” But look, they can’t even figure out how to copy and paste the URL, so, lets not assume they are intelligent enough to figure out this whole story is BS in the first place.
To Team Trump, Make sure you hit all the marks and the decision for Trump is certified by the appropriate date. Early December would be good but make sure the decision is certified by TPTB to end this sham by hillary and soros.

They are mistaken. The state recounts their own votes, and verifies the vote. They just verified the vote, so people take that as a full recount. Michigan’s vote is accurate, we use all paper ballots, entered into machines that keep a time stamp for each vote casted, and a person looks at the counter after each ballot is inserted. Also we must vote only at our registered precinct, use photo ID, and the number on our ballot is then registered to the data on our photo ID strip.

Go look at the actual law, look at who actually filed for the recount, only one recount petition has been filed and it could not have been in this state because the results were only verified today, so the recount could not be petitioned for until AFTER the vote was certified. This is a load of BS.
Here is something to be really concerned about: Folks, there is a great danger lurking for Trump in this last minute re-count. While the most of the country was fixated on the street rallies and riots taking place across the US, Clinton and her cohorts were working on a plan to steal the election back. During the past 17 days they have completed the final preparations and the FIX IS ALREADY IN, as Trump used to say. The recounts will be done in 3 states that could place Clinton into a winning position of 278 (for her) to 260 votes for Trump. Everyone has talked about the rigged voting machines before and during the elections. Yes, they were rigged in Clinton’s favor, but because of the unprecedented turn out of the Republican and Independent votes for Trump, it still didn’t get her the win. What nobody talks about is RIGGING OF THE VOTING EQUIPMENT AFTER THE ELECTION. Had there been a contest made by Clinton right away and a recount was ordered, we’d discover fraud of massive proportions in the battleground states. So, the left has waited. For those of you who are not aware, here is some info: after the elections are over, all of the voting machines gets stored in warehouses, where they sit (supposedly untouched) and monitored by video cameras, just in case a recount is ordered. A lot of that equipment is manufactured by the companies owned indirectly by Soros. These machines have a port on them that is used to pull the voting information from the machine, but can also be used to re-program the machine and to manipulate all of the data in its internal memory, including the vote count. All it takes is a truly “professional” individual to be allowed into the warehouse and let him “have a way” with the equipment. In case of Pennsylvania, where there is NO PAPER TRAIL in these machines, the rigging process is the easiest to achieve. A couple of minutes spent per machine and the FIX IS IN. In the case of Wisconsin there may be additional obstacles, since there is an internal paper trail available within each of the voting machines, but nothing is insurmountable here either. The paper rolls can get removed from the machine and partially duplicated, then additional, rigged info may be appended to the paper trail and the required modified information can get stored back into the machine. Cannot be done extremely fast, but hey, you have 17 days to accomplish this switch. The biggest “problem” for Clinton may be Michigan. All of the votes get cast using the paper ballots, which are then fed into an optical scanner that reads and then tabulates the information. Not that the equipment cannot be rigged here either – it can; the physical ballots are there to make sure that the counting process was performed properly. You can easily double-check to make sure that whatever was fed into a scanner was counted properly. Michigan got called just recently with Trump having a lead of about 10,700 votes. Yet, someone can “find” a batch of ballots that were either cast by an absentee, or “by mistake” (that was just discovered by the dedicated team of hard-working democrats, or Green Party representatives) were never counted at all and I am sure, the globalists are good at that. So here you have it: Clinton camp will say that she should have won (and it won’t matter that she conceded), because the case will be handed over to the Supreme Court for its final decision. “Poor” Clinton will be “awarded” the electoral college win, along with the popular vote of the millions of illegals, dead, felons, and those individuals, who had casted votes in multiple states. You don’t have to have a Phd to realize that this brazen theft of an election, I am afraid, will lead to a Civil War. Folks, please alert your friends: this recount can bring death and destruction!

Where in the world did you hear absentee ballots aren’t counted? Did you know that some states rely 100% on absentee ballots? They are expensive, yes they are counted. Where are you people getting your information?
pennsilvania wont be doing a recount unless fraud can be absolutely proven, they are saying that state wont be doing a recount, so without those electorial votes clinton still loses.
If they drag out the recount so that those states election results can’t be certified before deadline, they can’t send their electoral college delegates to vote in December.
Andrea, if FBI can count 650,000 email in a matter of several days, I wouldn’t hold my breath if they decided to claim that they have counted all of the newly found rigged votes.

Any candidate at the county, city, township or village level “who believes he or she is aggrieved on account of fraud or mistake in the canvass or returns of the votes” may apply for a recount of one or multiple precincts with the appropriate canvassing board. Mich. Comp. Laws 168.862.
A candidate for an office canvassed by the board of state canvassers or is the office of representative in Congress, state representative, or state senator for a district located wholly within 1 county may petition for a recount of the votes. The petition must allege that the candidate is “aggrieved on account of fraud or mistake in the canvass of the votes by the inspectors of election or the returns.” Mich. Comp. Laws 168.879(1).
Section 168.879 also applies to elections for electors for president and vice president since they are canvassed by board of state canvassers. Mich. Comp. Laws 168.841. However, presidential primary candidates are explicitly excluded. Mich. Comp. Laws 168.879a.
what exactly does that last sentence mean?
Guys–just stop it. Even if the petition was accepted, the State Board of Canvassers gives the opposing candidate 7 days to protest, then hears the protest, then takes 5 days to overrule the protest (which they won’t since the Board is 2D and 2R), then takes 2 days to start the recount.
That means that the recount could not start until 12/14 at the earliest. Any new certified results are due on 12/13 for MI electors to be counted by Federal law, otherwise the certification of 11/28 stands.

well, you are much closer than the article. It says they have UP TO this many days, so actually, Stein could file today, within 7 days Trump would have to protest (Dec. 5th), and can take UP TO 5 days, but can happen earlier, to overrule the protest, so anywhere between Dec. 5th and 10th, and then yes a recount would start in 2 days, so the 7th to the 12th. However, if they are going to overrule the protest, they aren’t going to wait until the 10th. Also, federal law does not require that all recounts be completed by Dec. 13th, just that they should be since the electors MUST cast their vote on the 19th. If you read the elector college rules, states can take up to the 19th but this is not recommended. However, there is no constitutional law that requires electors to follow their states popular vote, so even if a recount is not completed, that has nothing to do with elector votes being counted. They would only not be counted if they were not cast. Also, when congress convenes in Jan., objections can be made to the electors votes, so if something where to change between when the electors cast their votes and when congress meets, there is still an option to contest it.
