SORE LOSER John Kasich Stays at Home While Republicans Unite
John Kasich, who threw a “confetti party” after narrowly winning one single state…his home state is a complete disgrace to Ohio and the country. He is effectively helping Hillary Clinton.

The Ohio governor has been an outspoken Trump critic, and has not buried the hatchet with the presumptive Republican nominee since suspending his own presidential campaign earlier this year. Manafort, who also is the convention manager for the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, told NBC’s “Today” that Kasich missing the convention “makes no sense.”
“He is embarrassing his state, frankly,” Manafort said.
The barbs underscored the lingering tensions between Trump and certain wings of the party, as the campaign tries to use to weeklong convention to forge unity going into the general election campaign against Hillary Clinton.
Manafort said on MSNBC it was a “big mistake” for Kasich to stay home.

Governor Kasich may be my governor but I am ashamed and appalled at his lack of keeping not only his word but the pledge he signed his name to. This isn’t about HIM and who he likes or dislikes or even why. It’s about keeping your word, which is what makes you a trustworthy leader of our state, or NOT. You knew who Donald Trump was when you signed that pledge, HE hasn’t changed. What your actions tell me is that you are just like all the other politicians that no one trusts. We will not forget your betrayal when you come up for re-election! shame on you!

Right on Becki! My sentiments exactly. I actually wrote Kasich 2 encouraging emails to show at the convention and yet, not even an acknowledgement of receiving them did I get. I am so embarrassed by what he did which, was childish. Literally, like a spoiled little brat kid who didn’t get his way. Trump, also offered Kasich the VP position before Pence. What Kasich did was so inconceivable, incredibly rude, completely unprofessional and utterly narcissistic to the point of being absurd. I was born and raised in Akron, OH and live in Honolulu now for 26 years. There is no way that any one of us fellow Ohioand that I know with “our” character, would have ever done what Kasich did. He has utterly, humiliated our great state. Unbelievable.

His terrible table manners, or lack thereof cause him to soil his suit on a daily basis, to the point, that his staff keeps him away from any public gathering. Often he even has food in his hair. The disease is call glutaceous concentral, and is basically a mental disorder. It also causes hoarding of food, often in ones pockets or backpacks…..

I use to respect Kasich. He now shows his true colors. If he can’t honor his word on campaign signed promises then why should any voter believe he will do anything he promises. His actions over the last 6 months reminds me of a spoiled & selfish 3 year old child that says: If you don’t play the game by my rules only. then I’m going to go home ( (leave) and never play with you again. He might as well change to a Democrat. Republicans will never believe him again..

I don’t live in Ohio, but am from there. I too am ashamed of Governor John Kasich. People will not forget this come election time. He has deserted his party along with the Bushes. Never a Kasich or Bush in the White House. They lied when they said they would support the incumbent.

I believe his absence is a a “double-header” disaster. Not only did he alienate the Republican Party by not attending the convention, he shamed his constituency by not attending the convention HELD IN HIS OWN STATE. As a native buckeye, it is embarrassing to witness such unsportsmanlike conduct.
I was amazed that Ohio throw away their delegates votes……..to its all about me Cruz. I live in Arizona but my husband is from Cleveland……and I love Ohio…..and would love to live there …..but the property tax is outrageous…..God Bless.
