As the United States nears $20 trillion in national debt and is strapped down by horrific trade deficits with China, Japan and Mexico, American voters should really look at campaign spending efficiency as part of the presidential qualification process.
Per Wikipedia on May 8th, 2015 – Trump’s total campaign expenditures are $49.5 million, compared to Cruz who spent $112 million, Rubio who spend $111.3 million, Carson who spent $77 million and Jeb Bush who threw away $137.8 million.
As Donald Trump often says in his speeches, among these rivals he “spent the least and achieved the most. Wouldn’t it be great if the Country was run this way?”
