Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee knows a thing or two about law enforcement – and even more so about riots. Recently in Milwaukee, there were riots due to yet another grossly politicized “Blak Lives Matter” incident. However, Clarke wasted no time reading the National Guard, keeping them on “standby” in case they were needed and the riots got out of hand and destroyed the entire city.
