SHAMEFUL HYPOCRISY : NFL FINES Players for Wearing Patriotic Cleats on 9/11

The NFL has lost their mind.

They have turned into a group of whiney social justice warriors looking for an additional 15 minutes of efame.

To make it worse, the idiots who “protest” have ankle-deep knowledge and understanding of the so-called issues that they’re “protesting.”

It’s just more elitist garbage being shoved down America’s throat.

Now, in one of the MOST shameful moves – the NFL is fining players for wearing PATRIOTIC cleats on 9-11, while they celebrate Kaepernick and others who disrespect our country and our military by refusing to stand for the National Anthem.

A Tennessee Titans player wore 9/11-themed cleats yesterday to honor the victims of the 2001 terror attacks, despite the threat of a fine from the NFL.

Linebacker Avery Williamson donned the patriotic cleats after several teammates and police groups in New York and New Jersey offered to pay any fine that is levied by the league.

“I just felt like I got so much support across the country, and especially when the New York and New Jersey police unions said that they would pay my fine, that really meant a lot … so I felt like if I didn’t wear them, I just wouldn’t have felt good about it,” he told The Tennesseanafter Sunday’s game.

If you want to send a message to the NFL that you’re sick of this behavior and to SHUT UP AND PLAY FOOTBALL, tune them out.

That’s the ONLY way to get them to listen.
