After several days off the campaign trail RESTING, a tired and sickly-looking Hillary Clinton made her way to Scranton, PA, to meet up with Vice President Joe Biden for a “rally.” Sadly, the turnout was low and Hillary appeared frail and nearly fell when she missed a step as she introduced Biden. This photo below is prior to the rally when Hillary and Joe met up. Again, she appears frail, almost as if Joe is helping her stand. Or is this just another “awkward” Joe Biden hug?
