Rudy Giuliani on Clinton Email Scandal, “It’s Not Over Yet…..”

Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani said if Donald Trump is elected president, he could appoint an aggressive attorney general to charge Clinton.

“If Trump should win and appoint an attorney general who’s got the courage to do it, they could bring this indictment,” he said.
