Rick Perry Calls for the RESIGNATION of FBI Director James Comey for his Mishandling of Hillary Email Scandal
Rick Perry has called for the resignation of disgraced FBI director James Comey, for his BUNGLING of the Clinton email scandal probe.

Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) on Wednesday called on FBI Director James Comey to resign over his recommendation not to press federal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a personal server while secretary of State.
The demand from Perry, who suggested Comey might have a political motivation for going soft on Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, is a step across a line that no other prominent Republican has so far been willing to take.
“For a man who prided himself on being a top law official in this country, I would suggest the man ought to resign,” the two-time presidential candidate and “Dancing with the Stars” contestant said on Fox News.
“Comey has a lot of explaining to do, because those of us who understand what was going on here — the Clintons were clearly trying to hide this server,” he said. “They did not want that information in, and for Comey to stand up and make excuses for Hillary is absolutely and totally unacceptable.
“I think [Comey] has some skin in the game here somewhere,” Perry said. “To protect the Clintons at this particular juncture is an extraordinary.
Comey is three years into a 10-year term as head of the FBI and is not scheduled to leave office until 2023.
Other prominent Republicans have notably refused to demand that Comey, who himself is a Republican, resign because of his recommendation in July that the Obama administration not file charges for Clinton’s mishandling of classified information through her use of a personal email server. In an unprecedented public announcement, Comey claimed that Clinton and her aideshad been “extremely careless” but did not show an intent to break the law.
Top Republican lawmakers have questioned the department’s judgment and demanded that the bureau release an unclassified version of its case file, which could be public as soon as this week.

As usual, I agree with Governor Perry. Listening to Comey’s statements about all the evidence that he presented which dispelled the lies Hellary had been spewing, I had the fleeting hope that we would finally see some justice from the sad excuse for a DOJ we’ve had for the duration of this administration. Then reality set in. There would once again be no justice for the almighty Clinton Mafia. I worked for the federal government for more than 30 years, and I can tell you that anyone with a security clearance is extensively trained on the requirements and responsibilities of handling classified material. I’m sure that my clearance level was well below hers, but I can guarantee that if I screwed up, and didn’t protect any of it (let alone all of it) intentionally, or accidentally, I would have been held accountable. As a minimum, depending on the severity, I would have lost my clearance, maybe my job, and possibly worse. I’m relatively certain I would not be able to ever get another clearance, or most any significant federal position, as nearly all serious positions require access to classified information. This woman should never hold any government job above clerk, or possibly janitorial level, because there’s no way she should ever receive another security clearance allowing her to expose classified information to every even semi-skilled hacker in the world.

Renewed respect for Gov. Perry!! Finally, someone is speaking up against those who have failed to uphold the law, of the land, while collecting paychecks from us.
It’s absoultly mind boggling to see people like our president, James Comey and Loretta Lynch are ignoring the fact that not everyone, in this country, is part of Hollywood crowd, which are living in their own “DISNEY WORLD” and seeing Hillary, as “SNOW WHITE”!!! And not everyone, in this country, is politically illiterate, as majority population of democratic party are—– This is not an insult, but a fact!
In my book, as an independent voter and as someone who has seen what corruption, at the highest level of government, can do to a country and it’s people, not only Hillary should not be allowed to run, for ANY office, but she should be delt with, severely, for all her illegal activities.
NEVERMIND the fact that voting for her, will end this country with “buy one, get one free”, corrupt to the core couple, in charge!
And Bill has already suggested to put “Syrian Refugees” to work, building the poor neighborhoods, in Detroit. Like there are no unemployed American construction workers, living in that really poor and bankrupt city.
Can you imagin what the rest of their decisions, for this country, would be??

Even Fift grader can see through no recordings no transcript took FBI over a year for this investigation and he didn’t even personally see all through obvious wrongdoing
Thank you Mr. Perry. You sir, make me even more proud to be Texan. I stand with you, and your request of Comey’s job. I would also like to see Loretta Lynch be dis barred for not doing the job she was hired to do for the American people, not be a strong arm of the Obama administration. To take it a step further, Obama should be impeached.

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office.
Such as, say, President of the United States.
“If you do this or that bad thing, you’ve essentially disqualified yourself as being the leader of the free world,” said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials.
Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:
“(a)
Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b)
Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

If Hillary was a Republican, you can bet your last dollar that the Democratic leadership and their cronies would be screaming their heads off for the FBI Director to resign. It’s past time to hold hilary responsible for her lying, cheating, and other criminal activities that she and her criminal husband have been associated with… If it were anyone except the present potus and all his cronies, which includes all the muslims he’s hired to run our country, the prisons would be bursting at the seams…it’s really not tha America that we had when I was growing. I’m not saying everyone and everything was perfect; it wasn’t, but we could trust our neighbors, our ministers, and usually our politicians. But when anyone committed a crime, they were dealt with in accordance of the Constitution!
