President Trump Takes Over @POTUS Twitter Account, 14.3 Million Followers

Until yesterday the @POTUS Twitter account and it’s 14 million followers belonged to ex-President Barack Obama.
Today, just as Donald Trump physically took over the White House, he also took over the @POTUS virtual Presidential Twitter account from Obama.
For now, as far as we know, Trump’s primary account will still be @RealDonaldTrump but Team Trump can immediately leverage the additional 14.3 million followers to make it even easier for them to pass information direct to the people without the biased mainstream media filter.
Obama’s tweets will still be archived in a new account @POTUS44
