Trump Honoring a Tradition Obama Ignored, Attending the ARMY vs. NAVY Football Game!
The Army vs. Navy football game is an American tradition that dates back to the 1800’s.
It’s an amazing tradition in this country and one of our greatest sporting events.
Over his eight years as president, Obama managed to show up once.
A true lover of American culture and tradition, President-elect Trump will reportedly be at this weekend’s game.

In what may be a first in its history, the annual Army-Navy game will be hosting a President-elect.
Donald Trump will be attending the 117th Army-Navy Game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on Saturday, something President Obama apparently could only find the time to do once during his eight years in office.
The only time Obama could bother to attend was 2011 and Vice President Biden attended in 2012.
Trump has not even been sworn in yet but plans to be at Saturday’s game between the Navy Midshipmen and the Army Black Knights, an annual rivalry game that began in 1890. For the first time since 2010, both teams enter the game with winning records, Army 6-5 and Navy 9-3.
Already honoring the tradition and the players by attending, Trump could possibly bring along General James “Mad Dog” Mattis.

Really Obama goes golfing but can not bring himself to HONOR our troops, does not attend briefings as sitting President but President Elect Trump honors our troops by attending the Army-Navy game. Obama did not attend the football game this year, but he did in 2011. There is said to be a tradition which dates back to Roosevelt attending the game in 1901. However, including Roosevelt, there have only been 8 presidents to ever attend the game. Neither Reagan nor Nixon ever attended one of the Army Navy games.
