San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick refused to stand for the National Anthem because America oppresses black people.
It’s actually DEMOCRATS who oppress black people, but anyway.
This powerful meme really puts the entire controversy into perspective.

There were 9 black on black gun murders in Chicago over the weekend. Black Lives Matter, but apparently not to other black people. F-in hypocrites.
Really you think that Black guy should be picked over this real hero..PAT TILLMAN….screw that black fake soldier compared to PAT TILLMAN…what ,your racist against whites.STFU!!!
No one is saying Colin is a hero, but geez o pete he has every right to do what he did. That’s the great thing about our country. And how much money he makes has nothing to do with any of it. He is a football player but it’s his JOB, it’s not like he just does it for fun, he works hard and trains to do the best he can at his job so accepting money means nothing for what he chose to do.
Also Steve ^^^ Black lives matter has nothing to do with whether blacks kill blacks, and it doesn’t mean no other race matters, it all stands for that all lives matter EVEN BLACK LIVES. I’m a privelaged middle class white women, I don’t know what it’s like to live the life of a black man or women and frankly I wouldn’t want to because they are treated unfairly. People need to stop being offended and look at the good in what things are.
Stephanie you are awesome! (random black guy)
If that is the case then remove “BLACK” and replace with “ALL LIVES MATTER!” Let us be real and break this down – “BLACK LIVES MATTER” – really don’t see how that statement represents all races. If it is suppose to mean all RACES, then do not incorporate/ place a label to a specific groups/ race. Also, the National Anthem and the United States Flag is a representation of our Great Nation which all Americans should be proud of, respect, and stand by her. Some people of all races failed to realize of the sacrifices made to make our country great for all. The Rights given to all Americans comes with a “SACRAFICE” and “PRICE” to keep this Country Free. FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!
